What is Group therapy?

GROUP THERAPY

Group therapy involves 6–10 participants led by a licensed therapist in a structured setting. Each session centers around topics like recovery, communication, relationships, emotional management, trauma, or relapse prevention.

You’ll find a safe space to express yourself, gain insights from others, and practice new coping strategies — all while building healthy connections with people who truly understand what you're going through.
