What is an IOP?
INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM
IOP is a clinical treatment program that meets several times a week for multiple hours each session. It’s less intensive than inpatient rehab but more structured than traditional outpatient therapy. Clients typically attend:
-
3 to 5 days per week
-
3-hour sessions per day
-
Daytime and evening groups available
Our IOP provides a safe, non-judgmental environment to explore your triggers, build coping tools, and gain support from both therapists and peers.
What's included in an IOP?
Every client receives a personalized treatment plan tailored to their recovery goals. The IOP includes:
-
Group Therapy (daily)
Focused on relapse prevention, communication, emotional regulation, trauma support, and rebuilding self-esteem
-
Individual Therapy (weekly)
One-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist to address your unique needs
-

For accountability and reporting if required for court or probation
